The Flip a House Roblox description sets the scene in two lines. The owner has run off and left you the dirtiest house on the block. You scrub it, fix it, fill it with furniture and sell it for BIG MONEY, then start again on a bigger house with better gear and your friends along.

The maker is Increates House, a Roblox group. It had 196,160 members on 22 September 2026, up from 141,186 two days earlier, and Roblox lists it as open for anyone to join.

Roblox files the game under Simulation, in the Incremental Simulator subgenre. Each step below starts from its line in the official list; the thumbnails next to it are the developer’s promotional art, not measured game rules.

Step 1: Clean out the trash

The first line is the whole instruction, and it comes before any vacuuming or furniture. One official thumbnail shows the before side as cardboard boxes, stuffed trash bags and a stained sofa against a dirty brown wall.

Vacuuming and scrubbing share one line, and the line says every room. Three of the official images show cleaning tools: a sponge, a spray bottle and a canister vacuum.

This is the only line that ties an action to the price: furniture raises it. Two of the five official thumbnails show a room before and after it is furnished.

Selling is where the flip pays out, for BIG MONEY in the description’s words. Buyers come up only once more in the listing, in step 6, where bigger houses go to bigger buyers.

Better gear comes straight after the sale in the list. The listing does not say whether gear is bought with the sale money or unlocked some other way.

The last line restarts the loop at a larger size. The listing gives no names, sizes or buyers for the houses that follow the first one.

We read the Flip a House Roblox listing data twice, on 20 September 2026 and on 22 September 2026. Numbers like these change by the minute, so each one is only true for the time in its column.

Visits went up by 3,061,589 in about 36 hours between the two readings, and favorites by 19,859. The share of likes hardly moved: 95.0% of 36,941 votes the first time, 95.1% of 49,560 the second.

Players online is a live count, and the readings were taken at different times of day, so the fall from 18,574 to 9,923 is not a trend. The [UPD] in the first title is the developer’s update tag. It was gone by the second reading, and Roblox’s update time had moved on, but Roblox publishes no patch notes with these times, so we cannot say what changed.
