Flip a House (Roblox): How Flipping Works
Flip a House is a Roblox game by Increates House. You get a filthy house, clear out the trash, vacuum and scrub every room, and fill it with furniture to raise the price. Then you sell it, unlock better gear and move on to bigger houses. The official page says you can play with up to 4 friends.

Then the loop starts over. The official description says you do it all again on a bigger house, with better gear and your friends. Step 6 is step 1 of the next flip.
Playing with friends
The official description says you can play with up to 4 friends. That is the only co-op detail on the Roblox listing.
Roblox also lists a server size of 25. That is how many players one server holds, not how many people flip a house together, so the two numbers should not be mixed up.
Not checked yet: whether “up to 4 friends” means 4 players in total or you plus 4, and how friends join the same house.

The number players want is what a flip earns. Working it out needs furniture prices, how the sale price is worked out, and when better tools unlock. We have not found an official source for any of them, and we have not measured them in the game yet.
So there is no profit table here yet, and no guessed one either. We only post numbers we measured ourselves, next to the date and the Roblox update they came from.
