About Flip a House Guide
Flip a House Guide is an unofficial fan guide to Flip a House, the Roblox game by Increates House. We are not affiliated with Increates House or Roblox. Every game fact here comes from the official Roblox listing or the developer group, links to its source and shows the date we checked it. Game price tables will only appear after we have measured them in the game ourselves.

How we check facts
- 1We read the official Roblox listing: the game page and the public Roblox API behind it, and keep a dated copy.
- 2Every game fact on a page gets a source badge that links to where it came from.
- 3Numbers that change, like players online, are snapshots and always show when we took them.
- 4Anything players report goes in as Community, unverified until we test it. When reports disagree, both are shown side by side.
- 5Prices, profits and unlock levels only go up after we measure them in the game, with the Roblox update they came from.

- Official
- From the developer or Roblox: the game's Roblox page, its description and the stats shown there.
- Developer reply
- A reply the developer wrote to players, linked. No page uses this badge yet.
- Community, unverified
- Reported by players, video makers or gaming sites and not checked by us. The home page uses it for YouTube videos about the game, and the codes page for code lists from gaming sites.
- Tested by us
- Played through or measured by us in the current version. Nothing on the site has this badge yet.
Two more labels mark what is still missing on a step:
- No official source yet: We looked in the official listing and found nothing for it.
- Not checked yet: Someone has to play it through and write it down. That is our job, and it has not happened yet.

The description, the developer and the server size are on the game page, and the member count on the group page. Active players, votes, visits and the update time were read from Roblox’s public data for this game on 2026-09-22. The game page shows their current values, which change often. Event times come from Roblox’s public event data for the game. From the YouTube videos we only use the title, the channel, the length and the upload date.
What we have not done yet
We have not timed a flip, written down furniture prices or tested co-op in the game. The first measurements will be the houses players ask about most.
